At Trigger Editions our customer's satisfaction is paramount to us. If you have any problems or issues with a product you have received from us we would encourage you to get in contact with us as soon as possible. We are happy for you to return any of our products within 30 days of receiving them and we will do our best to either arrange an exchange or refund you in full if the product doesn't meet your expectations or was damaged. Our address for returning items can be found on our contacts page. We will happily refund the original postage and packing fee, however, we cannot cover the cost of returning the items.
We are a small business, making or finishing all of our products by hand, so some level of variation is to be expected. However we aim to maintain the highest levels of production quality and customer service. If you feel dissatisfied we would value hearing your thoughts and will respond as soon as we are able.
